Don’t call it a comeback… June 20, 2010

Just like LL Cool J, I’ve been here for (part of a) years.
Consider it a new series of a show that has a limited regular run period of new and exciting episodes before drifting off into endless repeats of previous episodes that you’ve already seen before. Me ranting about stuff, the usual.
IBM is probably going to undergo a short revival whilst I’m on holidays over in European shores for a while, then it’ll either be infrequent or non-existant updating ala the fact I haven’t written anything since April, and that in itself was pretty rubbish.
But yeah, I’m off to Europe tomorrow. I can’t really call it returning to the motherland like white people can, I’m Chinese afterall. So yeah, it’s not really a homecoming in any way shape or form at all.
The latest season of programming could be entitled IBM: Eurotrippin’, except thanks to a whole heap of movies implying that a Eurotrip is exciting activities where teens go on a massive Contiki tour, this really won’t be. The schedule is about 4 days in Paris, a week in London and then three in various parts of Rural Scotland, think the sorts of northerly fishing villages where Trawlermen is shot in. That’s where I’ll be.
I’ll attempt to keep whomever happens to read this blog updated about my adventures, or lack thereof, and also perhaps write a few rants that have been simmering away at me for the past little while.
“Oh Revv-wahhh” for now as I’m soon to depart for Parisian shores where I don’t actually speak a word of the language and my pronunciation based off the little travelling book I have is tres shite.
Fun Fact of the Day: if you ever need to say “I was raped” in French, it’s “J’ai ete viole” – pronounced “jhay ay-tay vee-oh-lay”
